At Dpsi Baby, your satisfaction and your baby’s safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used baby care products
- Personal care items
- Feeding products (if opened)
- Clearance or final sale items
These policies help ensure the health and safety of all babies.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- Include your order number
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
